For more than 7 years, my wife Cindy and I have traveled from Maryland to east Tennessee searching for just the right place to build our dream retirement home. I say dream because for more than 30 years I have wanted to build Cindy a brand new home.

We remember the day you met us at a building lot we had located.  We were very apprehensive about making what we considered one of the biggest decisions of our lives without some professional guidance.  You both took the time to walk the property with us and explain the many aspects that would be involved in building our home and answering the many questions we had.

From the first hello, you both put us at ease and made us feel as if we were the only and most important customers you had.  Your enthusiasm and optimistic approach gave us the confidence to immediately purchase the lot and begin the process.

We have heard for many years that building a new home can be fraught with nightmares.  Friends have told us of the horror stories of dealing with builders and contractors and warned us of the many different situations that would come up.  Having never built a new home before and the only experience we have is with your company, we can say unequivocally that we know nothing of which they speak. 

DreamWorks Construction are truly professionals who work tirelessly in making sure every detail is addressed.  Every person and/or sub-contractor we have had contact with, have performed in the most responsive and professional manner.  It is clearly apparent that you only employ craftsmen and sub-contractors that reflect your personal commitment to customer service and outstanding workmanship.

Cindy and I cannot express our heartfelt appreciation enough to you for the patience and help that you have given us with many things that go way beyond the purview of a “builder”.  Building this home has been one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling experience we have ever had and we are convinced that meeting you can only have come from divine intervention.
