Our Fairfield Glade Dream (Works) Home

With many homes on the market, we didn’t plan on building a new home.  The condo we owned in Nashville, while growing with value over a 15 year period, still left us searching for a comparable and modest home value in the aftermarket.

After looking at over 30 homes in our price range, we were still no closer to finding that home that jumped out at us and said “this is the one – go for it.”  During one such tiring visit Carol and I were introduced to Chuck and Cindy Dale.  After viewing their home and two other built by Dreamworks we were impressed with what Cindy and Chuck offered us.

After reviewing construction detail, review of house plans, the decision to build was then agreed upon.  Now, where to build became the question.  We have owned a lot in Windsor Bluff since 1979.  But, that was much further off the beaten path and still utilities were not yet available.  Chuck and Cindy went to work and scouted out a number of buildable lots close to Peavine Road which met our goal.  Finding a desirable lot, chuck took our offer (accepted) to the owner and we were on our way to the process of building our new home.

The process was really quite painless.  Cindy and Chuck were both excellent to work with and had numerous quality suggestions (inside and out) along the way.  Their experience in not only building but also interior design was greatly relied upon.  Along the way we felt really good about what we were seeing in the quality of construction as our home took shape.  Chuck and the crew were more than ready to implement our suggestions where we desired.  Chuck and Cindy were right on schedule with both the house construction and the money draws required.  There are always concerns and second guesses in building your home, but Chuck and Cindy were always available and ready to offer knowledgeable input to our ideas and concerns.  We are happy in our new accommodations and compliment the DreamWorks team for our “dream home”
